Hello and thank you for being interested in my potential to be your facilitator. I spent my childhood in the highlands of Scotland and (as my father was a mountaineer) I was fortunate enough to walk and climb and camp upon the land many times as I grew. As a teenager I became a member of the National Youth Theatre and I started my further education at art school, whilst also singing in a small jazz and blues band. I was active in the Women's Liberation movement and moved into trade union politics and then into the Workers' Revolutionary Party, where I studied at The International School of Marxism.

I became disillusioned with politics and eventually settled to raise a family and experienced the challenges of working full time to earn a living whilst running a home and finding time to spend with my son and daughter. It was extremely difficult and I finally made a big shift and became a full time mother. I never regretted this although it was tough from a financial point of view. I was present for my children and I also had the time to study a few books about the Greek Cypriot master, Daskalos. I found them inspirational and I sent out to the universe that I wanted a teacher and before very long I found myself at a Flower of Life workshop.

I knew I had received something very big and I applied myself to the meditation and to further research. This was my first spiritual workshop, and my second was Drunvalo's Earth Sky workshop in Devon. The work I was doing with my own electro-magnetic energies led me to The Terton Institute in England. Here I learned Taoist meditations, and how to work with the energies of the natural world and the seasons, and how to connect with the frequencies of other people and pull heavy energy out of their bodies. I continue to do this and reckon my abilities have a lot to do with my MerKaBa which I believe is the energetic template and amplifier for how we create and experience our lives.

In August 2002 I trained as a sound healer with Tom Kenyon, and I work with overtoning, intuitive, and Taoist healing sounds. I am delighted and excited by what is coming in with this energy. My Higher Self guided me to become a facilitator - which is interesting because I came to Flower of Life originally as someone told me to come and connect with my Higher Self. So I know that you don't have to have any big experience with meditation (or maths) to come to our workshops, and that if you work with these teachings your life is going to change.

For me it is an honour and a responsibility to introduce these teachings on the geometries of creation and the most simple way of recognising and remembering and activating your MerKaBa. I know that the loving space in our workshops holds the potential for each and every one of us to remember and experience our true loving consciousness, and the potential for our growth and healing, and the healing of our beloved Earth.
