I have been facilitating the Flower of Life workshops for 12 years now and every one is a unique and beautiful exchange of energy. Each participant has the most perfect gifts to offer each other member of the group, and the energy shifts and builds as we welcome in the remembrance of the merkaba. The core of the workshop is very clear instructions for the merkaba meditation. And because the merkaba is fueled by love, we will create a heart filled environment through ceremony, heart-opening exercises and sharing. The purpose of the activated merkaba is to increase the heart flow, heal, and integrate the multi-dimensional parts of ourselves to remember the oneness (we have always had) with all life everywhere. It is through this work on ourselves that we can bring more light and divinity to the planet.
