Breaking Through
to No Mind:
A Sundao (Taoist Yoga) Summer Retreat in S. Korea
Annual Event! Dates to be announced - with Master Jae-Sheen
Yu.
Master Yu will take a small group to S. Korea to practice in the
mountains of Youngwal with Master Jin Mok. Sundao (Kouk Sun Do)
is an ancient traditional Taoist method of training the mind and
body, originating from ancient Korea. It revitalizes the autonomic
nervous system and the body's capacity for self-healing. It is
a safe and scientific training system, based on the belief that
a healthy body and mind is essential for spiritual growth. Includes
daily meditations, simple meals, lectures, indoor & outdoor
training, lodging, and more. Recommended for people of all ages
and backgrounds, beginners as well as advanced meditators and
yoga practitioners, and those who are serious about their health
and personal transformation. Participation is very affordable
and space is limited. FOL director Ronald Holt and Lyssa Royal
Holt will be attending and assisting at this event and will be
joined by some SOL graduates. A once in a lifetime opportunity!

for the Soul... Spirits of the Earth® Is a bridge that unites
the Heart of the Condor of the South with the Wisdom of the Eagle

knowledge of the FOL with a conscious group in Peru. We believe

for all of us, in preparation for our own personal ascension process
