In other words, the higher self will (generally speaking) have you begin to experience the higher possibilities of the human potential a little at a time and in a step-by-step fashion. This means that you may experience a higher incidence of coincidences. When you are accustomed to and comfortable with these types of experiences, the higher self may have you experience waking visions, moving next to past life visions and recognition of current friends and acquaintances from past times. This will occur most likely in brief dreams or brief waking visions until you are totally stable and comfortable with this occurring at any given moment or for longer and longer experiences. Remember that you can always ask the higher self to turn it off at any time. Little by little, the higher self will have you (or a portion of your awareness) journey to important realms, situations, or information while keeping your feet firmly on the ground. Eventually the higher self will teach more and more of your being to experience other planes of existence within you. The more we take the time to resolve our own fears and unresolved issues (while extending the time we stay connected to feeling love in everything we do in every moment during our day), the more the doors of perception open and expose greater potentials and possibilities that we can use in our daily challenges.
