So, following your heart has brought you here to the Flower of Life website. I found myself here over ten years ago, probably seeking the same answers as you are now and for me so many questions were answered. Sooner or later we ask ourselves, 'Who am I' and 'What's it all about'. There are so many ways to find answers; I found the Mer Ka Ba to be like a highway, a direct link into myself- no side roads, and no dead ends.

Over the passage of time we have forgotten who we are and where we came from. The teaching of the Flower of Life and the Mer Ka Ba meditation is our birthright; we just forgot, and when we drop judgements about ourselves and how we view the world, with an open and loving heart, the miracles happen, and memories return. Perhaps studying the wisdom of Yogananda and the Course of Miracles, the Loving Relationship Leadership Programme and Sacred Geometry helped, but it was the Mer Ka Ba teaching that really opened the door to my heart.

I'd like to share with you the following passage from 'The Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East' by Baird T. Spalding:

"This is the road to mystery, the life of the masters, and the only true life there is. It is to be found in this and in no other way. Christ speaking in the man Jesus, said the same thing when he said, 'No man cometh unto the Father but by me.' The same Christ in you speaks the same message to you. Your only contact with a master is through the mastery in yourself. "
