I was born in England on October 10, 1955 and woke up to spirit on the Summer Soltice 1972 at Glastonbury Tor. I spent 7 consecutive solstices on the Tor (there are no accidents) before leaving to explore the wider world. I've lived in Europe, Middle East, India and, for the last 20 years in Japan.

I have taken many, many courses and workshops - starting with Vipassna meditation with Goenkaji - but when I first did the Flower of Life in 1994 it felt like coming home! This meditation works for me - the geometry also satisfies all my needs for explanation - but far more important is how we all experience the process of life and awakening.

For me, the MerKaBa has led me to many places and spaces involving past lives and earth time experiences with 'gods' and 'other worldly' entities ... but ultimately all that any of us can do is use experience to further our own truth and our connection with Spirit ... for me the MerKaBa does this - it is my joy and privilege to be able to share this with others and perhaps to help them remember too ... It's only light!
