Hi, I’m Jennifer. Welcome to my little page.

It brings such joy to my heart to see people seeking and finding such
wonderful resources like the Merkaba Meditation and all the teachings that tie in with it. I love it because it is neither exclusive nor interfering with other spiritual disciplines. And I love it because it gives us a tool to find our own connection from within, no guru, no outside leader requiring us to be
followers, just our own Divine Higher Self connection to all there is to know or feel or do. And it offers us a quickening by clearing the blocks that we have carried long enough, so we can truly be in our hearts. And we can be the powerful Divine Beings we’ve forgotten we are. And in that light we awaken the masses without even trying.

I have been facilitating workshops for four years and I am so grateful for all I have learned from every participant. Other things I am educated in and do include sculptural art, jewelry design, art education, healing work, Holographic Repatterning (a form of clearing negative patterns using kinesiology), some Astrology, Five Elements, Yoga, some intuitive counseling, and most important, playing.

I love facilitating workshops here in Minneapolis where I live, and I will also be glad to travel to where you live. If you would like to coordinate a workshop with me outside of the Minneapolis area, please give me a call and let’s create. My workshops are strong in heart opening and in very clear, precise Merkaba instruction.
