My interest in paying attention to and working with Spirit, began at an early age. This connection continued in varying contexts including exposure to religious approaches such as Mormonism. There was a wonderful dramatic tension between my personal sense of Spirit (which was empowering), and, the fear / control based rules of "the Church". Over the years, my interest in spiritual teaching (and the role of religion in society) grew to include Masonry, Eastern thought and even Liberation Theology. However, I was intrigued by the separation between male and female (goddess energies), the stark dialectic of heaven vs. hell, and, the notion of a shift in consciousness (as we approach a Precessional Shift - 2012). Flower of Life has provided me with an opportunity to intellectually and emotionally integrate thoughts and feelings (crafting male / female unity), through an understanding of sacred geometry and the Merkaba practice. This has been an important element in my life journey and blessed me with the opportunity to provide support and instruction to others.

I offer workshops including all components of the FOL 2000+ format and which are enriched with exercises to: release ego-attachments (including spiritual egoism); create a healthier sense of self and personal authenticity; and, improve your connection with your physical body through introduction of Dahn Hak Tai Chi. I offer sound healings through the vibrations of a Didgeridoo, work with Angel Cards, Four Agreement Cards, reference the teachings of Rimpoche (Sacred Path of the Warrior) and the writings of Parker Palmer.

My work life is founded on a professional Masters Degree (Sustainable Community / Regional Development), extensive interactions with not-for-profit groups, government agencies and First Nations communities. I lived in Thailand for a year researching sustainable alternatives to the prostitution driven tourism system in southern Thailand and have been involved as an "agent of change" in many project contexts. I have extensive experience in group dynamics, adult education and presentations. My personal life engages diverse activities from acrylic painting, playing a didgeridoo, mountain biking, paddling, skiing and holistic health interests.
