Spiritual experiences, a cherished focal point of my life since childhood, keep my Heart open, searching and communicating with Spirit. Hearing instructions internally, sometimes audibly, coupled with many coincidences remained commonplace as I grew up. This is even truer today for the Flower of Life MerKaBa meditation is a lively ongoing growth experience.

Love for Spirit sparked an insatiable desire to cultivate even deeper growth and to make sharing what I learned my life's work. The result was enrollment in the Missionary Program of my childhood's faith Bible College. After receiving a commission offer six intense semesters later (what I thought I wanted), I was faced with the conclusion that my beloved Spirit walk so intimately known from childhood simply did not resonant with the teachings of the college.

This realization propelled me on an incredible journey discovering the unremembered and an ever widening exploration of opening to Spirit. My quest continues today with favorite time spent exploring sacred geometry, world religions, walking the Red Road, other earth based pathways that help connect one to Mother Earth and Father Sky, Astrology, UFO's and the many healing modalities.

Spirit gently led me to the Flower of Life, Drunvalo Melchizedek and the MerKaBa meditation several years ago. I was incredulous at first - geometry - me? But, Spirit is so clever, my interest was peaked in the most delicious ways and I surrendered. I'm so glad I listened and followed through each open door for what I found was spiritual growth, quality people, excellent instruction, unconditional love, a witness of Spirit, emotional healing and ongoing growth which changed, and continues to change, my life in many layered ways. I would love to share this exciting pathway with you.

I bring to my workshops a lifelong desire to help others, continual unfolding of heart and love, commitment to excellence and growth, an organized varied presentation including music, video and hands on experiential exercises, and a genuine wish to create a heartfelt satisfying personal experience for all participants.

Workshops held in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, a picturesque Victorian village in the beautiful Ozark Mountains surrounded by lakes and natural beauty, provide the perfect peaceful backdrop for exploring and activating the ancient teachings of sacred geometry, the MerKaBa and the spiraling journey to our Heart Center.
