Here you will find some basic information about this intensive workshop. Please read this information fully before making your travel plans.



DATE AND TIME
The workshop will begin Sunday July 20th at 4:00pm and it will end Saturday July 26th around 10:00pm (or later!). On Sunday July 27th, we will just have a farewell breakfast and all participants will have to leave the center around noon. The special bus service will be coming to pick up participants and return them to Mexico City.

WORKSHOP PRICE
The workshop price is per person and it includes: Lodging and food during the whole stay in Tonalli (eight days and seven nights); coordination and translation services; materials and course, only. A special transportation service Mexico City-Tonalli-Mexico City, will be available for an additional small fee. Participants would have to cover other personal expenses such as air tickets and lodging in transit in Mexico City.

The lodging at the Tonalli Retreat Center is in guest rooms with an average of three or four people per room. We cannot offer single occupancy rooms and couples would have priority for double ocuppancy rooms.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
CASH PAYMENTS
We accept
Check, Cash, or Money Order made out to SEED OF LIFE INSTITUTE (not to Flower of Life Research). Cash discount price, if paid by June 27, 2008, is $947 USD. With this option, you may pay the discount price. This fee must be enclosed with this registration form in order to secure your reservation. Funds must be in US Dollars only. If paying by check, the check must be drawn on an American bank. If you are sending your check by post near the deadline of June 27, please send by courier such as Fed Ex to insure that it arrives before the deadline. We are not responsible for delayed registrations sent by mail. If they do not arrive on time, you may lose your reservation.

Important Note: For registrations after June 27, 2008, you would have to pay the full price of $994 USD. If you are sending your check by post near the general deadline of July 4th, please send by courier such as Fed Ex to insure that it arrives before the deadline. We are not responsible for delayed registrations sent by mail. If they do not arrive on time, you may lose your reservation.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We also accept Credit Card payments. Please fill in your information in your Registration Form. Full Price is $994 USD.
For credit card payments, you must pay full price. No discounts are offered.
The deadline for general registrations and credit card payments is July 4th, 2008.
REFUNDS
Until June 30th, 2008, refunds are available except for a $100 administration fee. After June 30th, 2008, we regret that no refunds are available unless you can secure another student to take your place. (By that time the funds will already be transferred to Mexico on your behalf and they are nonrefundable.)
PLEASE SUPPORT US BY ACCOMPLISHING YOUR REGISTRATION EARLY!
We encourage and appreciate early registrations. That way we would be able to make a final decision for this workshop with enough time to make the necessary arrangements with our service providers. This would also allow participants to confirm their flights and lodging in transit reservations (if needed) with enough time to avoid the charge of high fees in case of a cancellation. For this same reason, we ask you not to purchase your air ticket until the workshop is fully confirmed. (We suggest that you negotiate the latest payment deadline possible with your travel agency or airline.) As we mentioned it above, we will keep you informed about the registration process by email. Please note that the spaces for this workshop are limited. Your early registration will insure your spot. We cannot guarantee that space will be available close to the time of the workshop. The deadline for General Registrations is July 4th, 2008.

English speakers must send their Registration and Payment Form to the Flower of Life Research Office in Phoenix. If you are sending a check by post near the deadlines of June 27th (cash discount) or July 4th (general registrations), please send by courier such as Fed Ex or Express mail via the US Post Office, to insure that it arrives on time.
