The following is a list of sacred site adventures given by our FOL facilitators. These activities are not a part of the FOL curriculum and they do not fill any requirements for advanced training by the FOL organization. We offer these listings to help interested individuals expand their potential through the work of committed and experienced teachers such as those within our facilitator family.

* 4th Annual Sundao (Taoist Yoga) Korea Retreat
July 10-20, 2012 - Gongju, S. Korea
with Master Jae-Sheen Yu. Master Yu is serving once again as program director for the 4th annual event, along with Professor and Master Hyunmoon Kim (Kouksundo Bupsanim/Master) and Instructor Hyunduk Yang (Kouksundo Sabumnin/Instructor) from Hanseo University Sundo department, along with other Taoist master teachers. Retreat will be held at the Traditional Buddhist Culture Retreat Center, near the well known Mogoksa Zen Buddhist Temple. This program is open to all - beginner and/or advanced yoga or meditation practitioners alike. FOL directors Ronald Holt and Lyssa Royal Holt sometimes attend and assist at this event and participants usually include SOL and FOL graduates. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in an authentic retreat in Asia, influenced by Zen Buddhist and Taoist pratices! Space is very limited.
